Finally, no more hotel food!
Yes, this is my last night in Goteborg! After 3 weeks of hotel breakfast and dinner, I really miss Singapore food! Of course, I am grateful that this hotel offers dinner since it’s cold and dark outside.
Sigh… first thing back to Singapore is to study for my first exam on Monday… Boring.

Ghost Hound
Finally… found one anime (this season) which is worthed watching. I have only watched the first episode, but the suspense built up is enough to make me continue watching.
It has very special sound effects, even the OP “special”…

Static
The power of static. Can you imagine how dry the air is? I need to sprinkle water on the floor around the room in order not to wake up in the middle of the night with painfully dry throat.

Warm greetings
It’s really nice to come back now and then to network with the colleagues in head office. I received more than 10 hugs since I arrived. I’m really not used to it but I felt really welcomed. Apparently, they give hugs to close friends who they have not met for a some time. No wonder I did not receive any hug during my first trip here.

Another movie by 山田孝之
Title: Sono Toki wa Kare ni Yoroshiku
Watched this movie on the plane. So touching… started crying half way through the movie. I like 山田孝之 a lot. I think I’ve watched a number of his dramas and movies.

Off to Goteborg again!
Yes, I will be flying off tonight. To the same place, but instead of 3 months, I will be there for only 3 weeks. Heard from my colleagues that the weather there is really bad now, -5 degrees with snow possible. It will be a gloomy season since it’s cold and dark. (Sun set after 4pm…) Nevertheless, I’m looking forward to seeing my team again.

Nodame Cantabile – Super funny
I was introduced to this anime by a friend during a gathering. He assured me that I would definitely love Nodame, since I liked Honey and Clover.
And indeed, I’ve only watched the first 2 episodes and I loved it!
It is very entertaining. Not only the theme is interesting, it is also beautifully drawn. The style is very much like Honey and Clover, but with a lot more funny element. If you like Morita in Honey and Clover, you will love this anime!
The theme of Nodame revolves around classical music. (Honey and Clover is about Art)
Here are some of the funny scenes in episode 1. Watch it and you will know what I meant.
Noda, a very talented piano student. She always made that face when she plays the piano.
Noda is such a dirty person that Shinichi can’t stand it.

P.S. I like the voice of Shinichi Chiaki (the lead male character). Ha, he’s the seiyuu for Kyo Soma in Fruits Basket, Sousuke Sagara in Full Metal Panic! and Lucci in One Piece.
Ok, back to studies… I should be studying for my exam tonight. (I always watch a lot of animes during my exam period.)
