Can’t you balance without holding?
Today’s train ride was exceptionally unbearable because of this BIG man (tall and strong). It was cramped, no room for reading books or newspapers, just enough room to stand still. Yet this BIG man stretched out his long arm and held onto the pole beside me. You can imagine how uncomfortable I was, standing right under his armpit and constantly knocking my forehead onto his elbow. How inconsiderate! People hold onto the pole before the train stops but he must hold onto it ALL the time.
BIG man: You mean you can’t balance without holding?

Keep your playlist online!
Woh. I bumped into an interesting site today, iJigg.com.
It has a great collection of english, chinese, japanese, thai… etc and allows users to keep a playlist online. Of course, this idea is not something new but I like the interface and quick response of the site. I’m slowly moving away from downloading songs because I find it troublesome to transport it from one computer to another. So why not create my playlist online and listen to it anywhere (Especially for someone like me who only listens to music from the computer, it’s very convenient.)

Kimi ga Kureta Natsu
This movie caught my attention because of its cast. If you are around my age, you will definitely know them.
Yes. 滝沢秀明 and 深田恭子. Doesn’t ring a bell? Remember Strawberry on the Shortcake? I was wondering why both of them still look so young… then I realized they are of the same age as me!
Ha, anyway, it’s a really nice show. Very touching and tears draining. 3.8/5

Skitch
I was reading Sivasothi’s blog and the application Skitch caught my attention. (Thanks Sivasothi. =>) I googled for it and was amazed by the convenience it can provide.
Skitch is a brand new app for uploading/editing/attaching of pictures. Take a look at this 3-minute video and you will like this application as well.

Internet down…
Ah… my internet at home is down… since Saturday. Initially it was extremely slow access, with lots of packet loss, then after doing a series of testing as instructed by them, I can’t access the internet at all. Then they suspected it’s my modem which is spoiled. And the worst thing is I must bring my modem down to Vivo City to test and purchase the new modem. It’s frustrating to know that I can only test at Vivo City when my boyfriend can resize the ring at ANY outlet. What kind of service is that? You mean all the shops around the island are only for Sales and NOT service?
Anyway, dear brought it down to Vivo for me and the modem is working. So now what? They better give me a good explanation tonight.

What? Invalid pin!
It’s scary how much I had forgotten after being overseas for 3 months…
I forgot what shoes I wore to work and which pair was for shopping.
I forgot the existence of Ez-Link card.
I forgot what bus to take from Bouna Vista to NUS… something which I have done for the past 1 year.
…
The most scary thing is I forgot my ATM pin number! A number which I remembered for more than 7 years!!!!!! I got a shock when I got the “Invalid pin” message. I tried 3 times and did not dare to try again.
