Am I getting senile?
October 6, 2006
I think I’m getting senile. First I don’t remember who’s that friend who called me yesterday, and now I actually forgot how to do something which I did every day!
Event 1: Yesterday when I saw that friend, I got a vague image in my mind. But I couldn’t recall his name and when did I know him etc. It’s not normal. When I mentioned his name to my boyfriend, who is in the same club as both of us, my bf could recall that he was the guitarist for the club. The worst thing I am the chairperson of the club when he joined…
Event 2: You know my computer has 2 CPU and share the same monitor, keyboard and mouse. So there’s a switch. On hitting the scroll Lock key, it will switch between the two CPU. This morning, I thought the switch is spoilt. No matter how many times I hit, it just stayed on one CPU. After plugging in and out the connections… I suddenly released that I was hitting the Num Lock key instead. How can I forget something which I many times a day everyday???!!! Is my brain strinking???!!! Sufferring from early senile dementia? Noo…

At first I thought you were talking about how you had a dual core processor. After reading everything, I understand that you have 2 towers and am using a KVM switch I believe.
Cool… What do you use both computers for?

Yeah. 2 towers. I don’t own them. It’s my workstation in office. 2 computers because we want to separate the 2 network. 1 for internet, the other one for intranet.

lol again
advice of someone who studies medecine:
take some rest, don’t take aspirine, drink hot water, eat a little the evenings, read books (Shakespeares why not lol) and sleep a bit longer.
Well no, you are not getting senile… just tired !
